Dr. Jill Cowie is a seasoned educational leader with over 20 years of international experience across the UK, China, and Azerbaijan. She holds a BSc and PhD in Chemistry from the University of Leeds. Her leadership journey includes roles as Head of School at Malvern College Chengdu and
