We are delighted to welcome students from diverse backgrounds and cultures to our school. Our admissions process is designed to ensure a smooth transition for your child into our school community.
How to Apply (Steps to Admission)
1. Enquiry Stage
For enquiries, contact our Admissions Officer over the phone at 081 7910 3984 or email at admissions@broadoaksbritishschool.com.
2. Registration Form
Fill in the Registration (Intent) form for the class level based on our schools. The documents requested help ensure that we give your child premium quality response from day one, and ensure we maintain the standard that is our trademark! Please note that it is important to complete this stage to move to the next.
Waiting list entry point: If the Year group your child is seeking entry into is full, you may be placed on the Waiting List. Completing the documentation stage successfully is the basic criteria required to ensure your child’s name is placed on the list and will be contacted and offered the next available space.
3. Interview/Entry Assessments
After completion of the registration and documentation stage, we will invite your family to meet with the Parent Liaison, Admissions Officer, and possibly the Head of School. This is the perfect opportunity for us to get to know your child better, and for you to get to know us better.
We will also conduct an entry assessment for children entering Year One and above which you will be required to pay for before sitting. This is to provide a benchmark of your child's current attainment level; to prepare for their arrival in the class, and tailor the curriculum to their current needs.
4. Offer
An offer letter will be sent to you, if there is a space available; and we believe we are the right fit for your child. You will need to let us know via email (admissions@broadoaksbritishschool.com) if you wish to accept or decline our offer.
5. Payment
Upon completing steps 1 to 4, you will get clearance to proceed with making payment. The accounts department will issue an invoice with the account details stated. A payment is not required if a space is not immediately available. Please DO NOT make payment if you have not been given clearance to do so. Note that spaces are confirmed only after payment has been made.
Waiting list amplification: You may choose to amplify or secure your child’s spot on the waiting list by making payment ahead if given clearance to do so.
6. Admission
You will be contacted with information about a start date for your child. On day one, come into the Admissions Office at the agreed time, and we will accompany your child to their class.
